Signature Crown Prep Kit

Proper preparation is vital for the longevity of beautiful restorations. To help, we've designed a complete kit for the efficient preparation and adjustment of anterior and posterior Signature crowns®. The kit includes:

• Diamond Burs (Wheel, Football, Round End Taper, Flame)
• Carbides (Pear)
• Autoclavable bur block

Signature Crown Adjustment Kit

We offer specifically designed burs to easily adjust, polish or remove Signature Crowns. Keep in mind that the only area on the crown that can be adjusted is the margin. If you adjust anywhere else on the crown, you can set up weak areas in the zirconia structure. If you need to adjust the crown length length, you should hold the bur at a 45 degree angle and use water and air spray to avoid micro-fractures. Always use light pressure.
